Kuba Group is seeking a Software Test Engineer/QA Engineer in Rome to own the entire software testing lifecycle, from strategy to execution and reporting. Based in Rome, you will lead a testers team, allocate testing activities, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables while fostering professional growth.

Independently define test strategy, test plans, and test cases from requirements analysis. Organize and coordinate functional, integration, and regression test execution. Guide and support testers by assigning tasks and reviewing results. Identify, track, and verify defects, prioritizing by impact on product. Collaborate daily with developers, analysts, and project stakeholders. Propose improvements to testing processes and tools, including test automation. Produce and maintain documentation related to testing and quality activities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or STEM. 2+ years in Software Testing or QA with autonomy in testing activities. Experience coordinating or mentoring other team members. Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with international stakeholders. On-site 4 days a week
