Lead Sales Manager-Jiangsu

In this role the Sales Manager will utilize experience or expertise to solve customer problems, develop and
execute sales objectives, and have the ability to effectively achieve short-term and some long-term business
goals, including but not limited:

  • Work with industrial or municipal customers to understand their (Critical to Quality characteristics) CTQ's and develop appropriate NF/RO solutions to support EPC’s or end users' water or wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Interface with PA (Product Application) team to leverage their expertise and create value proposition for customers, mainly focusing on membrane based technology.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of a customer, which includes applicable Municipalities, end users, EPCs and Design Institute.
  • Input the project opportunities in the SFDC system per business requirements.
  • Work with regional distributors/commercial partners to capture the project opportunities and close the deal.
  • Identify and develop opportunity pipelines to drive profitable volume growth in product sales.
  • Establish relationships and interface with PA team ,CommOpps team, manufacturing, sourcing, services and all other related areas, to ensure solution offering is aligned with customer needs.
  • Provide prompt and responsive service to sales clients.
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in environmental, chemical or business degree.

  • 8+years of experience in leading commercial and clinical teams, while overseeing a successful sales performance within the industry water treatment in Greater China.

  • Significant knowledge of water treatment and the market place.

  • Proven risk awareness, ensuring compliance to procedures and regulatory requirements, development of process to minimize risk.

  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

  • A thorough understanding of management principles and the ability to select, develop and manage sales team.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, experience virtually leading and managing specialist teams across multiple regions.

  • Outstanding communication and people skills, across all mediums.

  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in an aggressive market, in order to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Outstanding critical thinker and problem solver.

  • Passion for continuous learning.

  • Strategic business vision.

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Working language:Mandarin Chinese

  • Willing to travel.
