Lead Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Define technical architecture and development standards across Salesforce applications.

- Develop complex Apex solutions, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and reusable frameworks.

- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.

- Oversee Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, automation, and performance optimization.

- Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, testing strategies, and deployment activities.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, release management, and environment strategy.

- Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.

Required Skillsets :

- Extensive experience in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, governor limits, bulkification, and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, data architecture, and automation.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

- Ability to review complex code, establish coding standards, and drive technical quality.

- Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and coordinating with stakeholders.

- Strong communication, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.
