As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and success of SAP S/4HANA projects. • Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Drive the implementation, rollout, and migration of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Enhance and optimize existing SAP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support during SAP support projects, ensuring smooth operations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation within the team.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards, maintaining high-quality code and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging knowledge sharing within the team.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong track record of leading SAP projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture, including core modules and functionalities.
• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP teams, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies and a flexible approach to project management.
• Proficiency in SAP development tools, such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and SAP GUI.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
