• Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and develop SAP technical solutions, focusing on S/4HANA, to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of SAP technical implementations, conducting thorough testing and optimization.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP technical architecture and development practices.
• Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate them into project solutions.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other systems.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
