• Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
• Drive the implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful deliveries.
• Provide technical expertise and support during SAP system upgrades and migrations.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote best practices within the SAP ABAP development team.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the organization.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions with other systems.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
