Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices using best-in-class technologies and patterns. Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for microservices development. Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring project success. Collaborate with product management, Dev Ops, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and operational aspects of microservices in production environments. Drive technical strategy and innovation, evaluating and adopting new technologies to enhance the platform. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on distributed systems and microservices architecture. Proven experience designing and implementing microservices using languages like Java, Go, or Python. Deep understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services. Strong knowledge of API design, messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit MQ), and database technologies.
