What you'll be doing

• Lead the design and evolution of our mobile applications, helping create intuitive and reliable digital experiences.
• Contribute hands-on to development while supporting the team in solving complex technical challenges.
• Foster engineering excellence through best practices, quality-focused development and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor and support engineers in their professional and technical growth.
• Partner closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Help drive improvements in application performance, reliability and scalability.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, learning and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering experience, ideally within mobile application development.
• Hands-on experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supporting engineers and helping teams succeed.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns and modern engineering practices.
• A thoughtful approach to technical decision-making with a focus on quality, sustainability and long-term outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for continuous learning and improvement.
