We are hiring for a Product Based Company (focused on Marketing Technology (MarTech), Advertising Technology (AdTech), Customer Data & Analytics) headquartered in US, with operations in Bangalore.

Position: Lead Software Engineering Dot Net Full stack (Bangalore).

Experience: 8.5-12 years

Work Location : Bangalore

Hybrid Work Mode: 2 days work for office in a week

Experience and Education

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Expertise

Mandatory skills:

• .Net Core, OOD, Design patterns, REST APIs, JSON, MVC/Web API, web services,
• UI: Angular or React
• Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG, AI evaluation, and AI-assisted software delivery.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI,

Core Technical Skills

• Advanced capability in C#/.NET with working proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean-code practices.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, MVC/Web API, web services, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Expertise in relational database design, data modelling, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL, including procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, collections, transactions, normalization, indexing, constraints, and performance tuning.
• Strong grounding in secure architecture, application performance, observability, debugging, quality engineering, automated testing, and production support.
• Experience with Git-based version control, collaborative code review, Agile development, and disciplined software release practices.

AI & Future Skills

• Practical understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG, AI evaluation, and AI-assisted software delivery.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI, or similar frameworks and services.
• Ability to select and apply AI-assisted tools across analysis, architecture, development, testing, documentation, and support, with appropriate verification and controls.
• Ability to design AI use cases, guide prototypes, assess feasibility and risk, demonstrate business value, and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical partners.
• Awareness of responsible AI, privacy, security, intellectual property, model limitations, and enterprise data-handling considerations.
