Lead Technical Business Analyst
We are seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst to lead discovery and shape a new healthcare payer FE app replacing a legacy UI. You will investigate the current system, elicit requirements from test cases and interviews, and translate needs into clear UX-ready artifacts while guiding the backlog end to end—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Discover and document capabilities of the existing system along with business processes
- Drive features across the full life cycle from idea to delivery
- Improve internal Team processes through continuous refinement
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to align expectations
- Collaborate with UX Designers to model UI and create wireframes
- Develop product and requirements documentation, user guides, and release notes
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for selected Product modules
- Maintain quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of captured requirements
- Contribute to the Team’s DoRs and DoDs
- Drive acceptance testing for implemented backlog items
Requirements
- Proven track record of 5+ years in Business Analysis with a mature, self-directed approach to problem solving
- Sharp critical thinking skills paired with a client-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to propose solutions and convey requirements to UX/UI designers to meet business outcomes
- Hands-on expertise in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating diagrams
- Active readiness to help evolve the Team’s Business Analysis processes and standards
- Solid background in web application design with a tech-savvy approach
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+ level)
- Practical experience with one or more Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Clear understanding of system integration concepts
- Ability to dig into data to validate assumptions, even without solid tech skills yet
- Strong stress resilience
