Lead UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Lead to join our art team of our flagship browser project, Hero Wars: Dominion Era. The project requires an experienced lead with expertise in both UI and UX (i.e., working with logic and design, proficiency in Figma, and UI rendering skills) to focus the UI team and work closely on interfaces in conjunction with GD, as well as to consolidate and standardize the style and rules for the UI facelift.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and mentoring the UX/UI team, developing their competencies

• Determining and maintaining the quality of in-game interfaces

• Creating a design document for the visuals of the updated UI

• Describing the process of interaction between the UI and related departments, implementing the process

• Maintaining documentation and writing guidelines

• Developing a plan for the facelift of the existing interface, creating a task scope

• Collaborating with related departments on the project

We hope that you have

• At least one year of experience as a UX/UI team lead

• Experience on a large-scale live game project

• Strong UX/UI Skills: Experience in creating effective and user-friendly interfaces

• Expert-Level UI Skills: Ability to create visually outstanding designs, as our goal is to be the best game in the genre

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma
