Learning and Development Intern
NewBe an early applicant- Lead and support training improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in current programs, proposing enhancements, and helping implement new training activities that improve employee engagement, knowledge retention, and overall effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and completion by tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the development process.
- Develop comprehensive training materials such as manuals, quick-reference guides, presentations, and interactive online resources tailored to various roles and learning styles. You’ll ensure content is clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain and organize existing training content by auditing materials for accuracy and relevance, updating outdated information, and ensuring resources are easily accessible through centralized systems or learning platforms.
- Gather feedback and revise training content by working closely with new hires, trainers, and subject matter experts to evaluate the effectiveness of materials and make data-informed improvements that enhance the learning experience.

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
- Pursuing a bachelor’s in business or business administration
