👩💼 Step 2: 30-Minute Hiring Manager Interview
A deeper dive into your experience and fit for the role.
📝 Step 3: Assignment
A learning design exercise where you’ll transform a technical document into a training activity.
🎤 Step 4: Final Interview
A session with your future manager and teammate where you’ll walk through your approach and have a collaborative discussion.
🚀 Step 5: References & Offer
We’ll connect with your references to validate all the great things we’ve learned about you. If all goes well, we’ll be excited to extend an offer and welcome you to the team.
Throughout the process, we’ll be looking at communication, structured thinking, instructional design capability, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery mindset. Most importantly, we encourage you to bring your authentic self to every step. ✨
