Learning Management System Administrator I

JOB PURPOSE

The Learning Systems Administrator supports Organizational and Talent Development by administering, maintaining, and monitoring the enterprise LMS and related learning technologies. The position collaborates with Human Resources, HRIS/Information Technology, and business units to support employee training, leadership development, regulatory compliance, and organizational learning initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining learning content and assignments, preparing and analyzing routine reports, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating vendor requests, implementing approved system updates, and identifying opportunities to improve learning processes in accordance with established procedures and management direction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\: The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator administers and maintains the organization's enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), including user roles, permissions, security groups, and learning assignments. Maintain learning catalogs, learning paths, certifications, curricula, and competency-based learning requirements to support employee training and development. Monitor and update automated notifications, workflows, and system processes to facilitate the effective delivery and tracking of learning programs. Maintain course content and version control to ensure learning materials remain accurate,

current, and properly organized. Administer assigned Oracle Learning Cloud modules, as needed, including managing talent pool dynamic assignments to support targeted learning and development activities. Assist with routine system troubleshooting, reporting, and implementation of approved system updates and enhancements. Coordinate with Organizational and Talent Development, HRIS/Information Technology, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support LMS functionality. Perform other duties as assigned.
