Learning Management System Developer & Adminstrator

At Vekta Automation, we're looking for a passionate and innovative LMS Developer & Administrator to build and lead our digital learning environment.

This is a unique opportunity to establish and manage a Learning Management System that supports the development of our Service Technicians, Technical Specialists, and future talent across the business. Working closely with the Service and Support Manager, you'll play a key role in capturing technical knowledge, building structured training pathways, and supporting capability growth within the automation, machinery, and timber frame & truss industry.

We're Looking For Someone With:

• Experience developing, implementing, and administering Learning Management Systems.

• Experience creating engaging e-learning content and learning pathways.

• Experience analysing learner engagement and training effectiveness.

• Strong instructional design skills and an understanding of adult learning principles.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Graphic design, multimedia design, or content creation experience highly regarded.

• Experience within manufacturing, automation, engineering, machinery, or technical service industries is advantageous.

• Knowledge of the Timber Frame and Truss industry would be highly regarded.

Your Work Includes

• Building and maintaining a learning content library.

• Developing technical training modules and assessments and competency-based learning programs.

• Creating structured learning pathways and competency frameworks for Service Technicians and Technical Specialists.

• Developing and maintaining skills matrixes.

• Partnering with subject matter experts to to capture and convert technical knowledge into engaging learning content.

• Supporting onboarding and induction programs in collaboration with HR.

• Evaluating learner engagement competency progression and training effectiveness.

• Providing LMS support and coaching to users.

• Continuously improving learning content, processes, and system functionality.
