We partner with clients to leverage data and AI, accelerating market entry and driving business transformation. As a global community of innovators, we foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact.

With the right people and the right ideas, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.

Are you a fit?

As a Learning Program Manager, you will serve as the technical engine behind our digital learning operations. In this role, you will lead the assembly, configuration, QA, and lifecycle management of high-quality digital learning content within our Learning Management System (Adobe Learning Manager). Working closely with Learning Experience Designers, compliance teams, and delivery leads, you will ensure our learning assets are engaging, seamless, compliant, and data-informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Adobe Learning Manager (ALM): Maintain a reliable, scalable, and beautifully structured learning library.
  • Manage Asset Libraries: Ingest, organize, and version-control e-learning packages (SCORM, xAPI, HTML5 ZIPs), videos, podcasts, PDFs, and interactive decks.
  • Course Assembly & Quality Assurance: Build and configure modular learning paths. Conduct rigorous pre-production QA testing to validate media playback, tracking behavior, completion triggers, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Ensure Regulatory Integrity: Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to manage content review workflows, implementing required updates prior to public release.
  • Lifecycle & Version Management: Track course refreshes, update legacy modules, and archive retired assets to keep our catalog fresh and accurate.
  • Track & Report Impact: Monitor learner engagement and outcomes using standard ALM reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze Performance: Translate LMS data into actionable insights, escalating underperforming content or technical bottlenecks to Learning Experience Designers (LXDs).
  • Enablement & Advocacy: Onboard new team members to our tech stack (ALM and Articulate Rise) and advise cross-functional teams on building scalable, ALM-ready assets.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in learning technology and operations, with hands-on LMS administration experience (Adobe Learning Manager preferred) and content authoring software (Articulate Rise 360).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI), basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Data & Analytics Savvy: Practical experience pulling learning analytics, identifying trends, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Unwavering Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to QA testing, formatting consistency, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills with a passion for working across cross-functional teams (designers, writers, compliance, and leadership).

Nice-to-have

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
