About the role
Join JLL's dynamic leasing team in the UAE as a leasing graduate and launch your career in commercial real estate. This graduate program offers hands-on experience in property leasing, client relationship management, and market analysis within one of the world's most vibrant real estate markets. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to diverse property types including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
Qualifications and experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Recent graduates (within 12 months of completion) or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Skills and competencies: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities. Genuine interest in commercial real estate and the UAE property market.
Personal attributes: Proactive and eager to learn with strong initiative. Professional demeanor and ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders. Adaptable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Results-oriented mindset with commitment to delivering quality work.
Location
Dubai, UAE (with potential travel to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates as required)
