Position overview

We're looking for UAE National fresh graduates to join our Project and Development Services team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in real estate and construction, working on exciting projects across the UAE while learning from experienced professionals.

You'll be part of our graduate program where you'll receive training, mentorship and hands-on experience in managing real estate projects from start to finish.

What you'll do

Project support
Assist project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget. Support day-to-day project coordination and administration. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Help maintain project documentation and filing systems.

Handle project documentation
Keep project files and records organized and up to date. Help coordinate emails and communications between clients, contractors and team members. Assist with preparing documents for meetings and presentations.

Site activities
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress. Verify work quality against approved specifications. Identify and report site issues or safety concerns. Document site conditions through photos and reports. Assist with snagging and defect identification.

Research and reports
Research information about projects, costs and industry trends. Help prepare reports and presentations for meetings. Support the team with tracking project budgets and timelines.

Work with clients
Participate in client meetings and learn how to build professional relationships. Help respond to client questions and requests. Support the team in delivering quality service to clients.

Learn and grow
Take part in training sessions and workshops to build your skills. Work closely with a mentor who will guide your development. Learn about the real estate industry and project management best practices.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Sustainability Engineering. Must be a UAE National. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience. Strong academic record.

Essential skills

• Good understanding of construction and project management principles.
• Basic knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE.
