Typical Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, and company policies.
- Conduct research on laws and regulations relevant to business operations.
- Support compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
Ideal Profile
- Background in Law, Legal Studies, or Compliance.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Compliance Officer, or similar role.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) — able to handle international documentation and communication confidently.
