Legal Coordinator (تمهير)
The Legal Coordinator (Tamheer) supports the Legal Department in providing administrative and legal assistance. The trainee will gain practical experience by assisting with legal documentation, contract management, compliance activities, and coordination with internal departments while developing knowledge of corporate legal practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain legal files and ensure proper document management.
- Coordinate contract approvals.
- Support the Legal Department in regulatory compliance activities.
- Conduct basic legal research on applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and maintain legal trackers.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and legal correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
- Support policy and procedure documentation.
- Perform other administrative and legal support tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
- Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
- Fluent English
