Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and support on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions. - Conduct legal research and analysis to support real estate initiatives and projects. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and finance teams, to ensure alignment on legal matters. - Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the commercial real estate sector. - Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
