We are looking for a new Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support a dynamic international business environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on commercial contracts, compliance initiatives, public tenders, and strategic technology projects while partnering closely with stakeholders across several departments and teams. As a trusted legal advisor, you will help enable business growth by providing pragmatic legal guidance, identifying risks, and supporting the delivery of innovative IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including IT, software licensing, services, distribution, and sublicensing contracts
- Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Procurement to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance
- Support and enhance compliance programs, policies, and internal governance frameworks
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and help ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company standards
- Review tender and procurement documentation, assess contractual and legal risks, and prepare supporting legal materials
- Coordinate legal matters involving external parties, including regulatory authorities, auditors, banks, and external counsel
- Contribute to international and cross-border projects, supporting the delivery of technology solutions and business initiatives
- You will operate as an independent contributor, taking ownership of day-to-day legal matters, while working closely with an experienced Legal Officer who will provide guidance on complex legal issues, strategic projects, and professional development.
