Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal scenarios across multiple practice areas.
  2. Review contracts, regulatory filings, and legal documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  3. Interpret laws, regulations, and policies to support structured legal evaluations.
  4. Prepare concise written summaries and legal reasoning for case-based scenarios.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve legal workflows and documentation standards.
  6. Identify inconsistencies, legal risks, and compliance gaps within legal materials.
  7. Maintain exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality in all work performed.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Strong expertise in legal research, contract analysis, or regulatory interpretation.
  2. Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
  3. High attention to detail and analytical reasoning abilities.
  4. Familiarity with legal compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working remotely with distributed legal or compliance teams.
