Licensed Assited Living Director

What You'll Do

As our Licensed Assisted Living Director, you'll oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community while ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.

• Lead and Inspire – Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Champion Resident Care – Promote exceptional care, resident satisfaction, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Oversee Daily Operations – Manage staffing, facility operations, and the delivery of resident services.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local assisted living regulations and standards.
• Build Meaningful Relationships – Develop positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
• Support Team Development – Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Manage Resources Responsibly – Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, and operational planning.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance resident experiences, strengthen operations, and promote excellence in care.

What We're Looking For

• Current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license or commitment to obtaining licensure within one year of employment.
• Minimum of one year of management experience required.
• Two years of experience in home health care, assisted living, or housing preferred.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations, resident care practices, and operational management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions, manage competing priorities, and build positive working relationships.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office applications.

This full-time, exempt leadership position offers an annual salary range of $60,819 – $93,415, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes
