We are looking for a qualified Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) to oversee the design, inspection, testing, commissioning, and regulatory compliance of solar PV installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the appointed EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) for solar PV projects.
- Review and endorse electrical designs, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), protection coordination, cable sizing, and earthing systems.
- Supervise electrical installation works to ensure compliance with EMA regulations, Singapore Standards, and industry best practices.
- Perform inspection, testing, commissioning, and energisation of LV electrical and solar PV systems.
- Liaise with SP Group, EMA, consultants, and relevant authorities for project submissions and approvals.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
- Prepare and endorse LEW certifications, commissioning reports, and project documentation.
- Support project managers in resolving technical issues throughout project execution.
- Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and quality standards.
