Licensed Medical Social Worker - LMSW

Klarus Home Health / Jet Health Inc. is currently seeking a Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team to serve our patients currently enrolled in our home health services in the Albuquerque, NM region and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will provide coordinated care in the home to patients of all age groups, performing psychosocial assessments, analysis, counseling, and referrals to meet the needs of the patient, client, and family.
