Occupational Health LPN

We are seeking an LPN to join our Occupational Health team. This role supports employee health and safety by completing pre-employment health requirements, tracking immunizations and compliance, administering vaccinations, coordinating TB and respirator fit testing, and assisting with workplace exposure follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN nursing program
• Current Kentucky LPN/LVN license (Multistate acceptable)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
