Facility: Resurrection Village Life Center
Department: Skilled Nursing
Schedule: Days/Evenings/Nights | Part-time
Direct Care & Labs: Provide bedside care, simple treatments, and routine tests under RN/physician direction.
Assessment & Safety: Collect patient data for RN review and immediately address safety hazards or emergencies.
Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Discharge Education: Guide patients and families on post-care plans, holistic health, and follow-up resources.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
