Lifeguard Lead - Seasonal (Paris LV)
The Lifeguard Lead ensures the safety of guests while using the pool and its surrounding areas and acts as a lead for lifeguards.

- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must be Lifeguard and CPR certified.
- One-year supervisory experience in a municipal or hotel/resort pool desired.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred.
- Deepwater and shallow water lifeguard certification required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stand and move throughout the pool area as required during an assigned shift in an efficient, expedient manner, regardless of extremes in temperature and other adverse conditions.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, and kneel when assisting guest with their needs.
- Must be able to push towel bins during an assigned shift.
- Must be able to handle more than one function at a time accurately.
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. Responds to visual or oral cues.
- Must be able to read, write speak and understand English.
