What You'll Be Doing
- You'll be the trusted HVAC expert that business owners and property managers rely on to keep their buildings comfortable and operating efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair light commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, ductless systems, and unit heaters
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify repair opportunities
- Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
- Deliver five-star customer service on every visit
- Work closely with dispatch and support teams
- Maintain a clean truck and professional job site
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have at least 2 years of light commercial HVAC experience
- Hold a current EPA certification
- Can troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment independently
- Understand local HVAC codes and safety practices
- Communicate professionally with business owners and property managers
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time
