Lighting Designer (Central, 5 Days, $6.5k)
Salary: up to $6,500
Work Days: 5 Days

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end lighting design for architectural and outdoor projects, from concept development to site commissioning and handover.
• Prepare lighting concepts, renderings, photometric simulations, technical drawings, luminaire schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors to ensure design quality, technical compliance (SS531 & URA night lighting guidelines) and project requirements.
• Support tenders, cost estimation and value engineering to balance design objectives and budgets.
• Review as-built drawings, maintain design standards and technical databases, and guide junior designers where required.
Requirements:
•Diploma/Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Electrical Engineering or arelated discipline
• At least 5 years of lighting design experience; outdoor, landscape or Design & Build project experience is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, DIALux, Photoshop and SketchUp
• Familiar with relevant Singapore lighting standards andd electrical regulations
• Strong design sensibility, technical knowledge and coordination skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Good written and spoken English for liaison with clients and project stakeholders
