Lightning Developer Evangelist
You will embed yourself in the global Lightning developer community, connecting with application builders, routing node operators, and protocol developers to understand their priorities and how Lightning Labs can help. You will attract new developers to the Lightning Network by creating projects, highlighting community work, and organizing opportunities for newcomers to get involved. You will organize developer and community calls to share the latest updates from Lightning Labs and help the product and engineering teams incorporate external feedback. You will also source new potential customers, from Lightning-first developers to bitcoin technical teams and companies wanting to integrate Lightning, and support existing customers as a point of contact for technical and business-related questions. You will help developers understand their business goals and connect them with ecosystem participants that can help them succeed.

Requirements
- Passion for bitcoin, Lightning, and the mission of bringing financial freedom to the world
- Proactive and creative problem solver with a focus on solving real problems for real people
- Excellent communicator both externally and internally
- Enthusiastic about trying new things and energized by creative challenges
- Track record of open source contributions or public application development (preferred)
- Experience presenting developer-focused content at conferences or meetups (preferred)
