Powder Coat Line Worker - 1st Shift

Location: Ad-Tech Coating Solutions – Watertown, WI

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-1:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

Ad-Tech Coating Solutions is looking for dependable team members to join our Powder Coat Department. If you enjoy staying active and working with your hands, this could be the job for you. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required-we're happy to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Read work orders.
• Prepare parts for painting.
• Hang parts on a moving paint line.
• Mask parts before painting.
• Wash and prepare parts for coating.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable with good attendance.
• Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
