Hybrid DevOps engineer role in Kraków, Poland via recruiting agency K&K Talents for one of its clients. Day to day: automating cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Python, and Ansible, maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions), and working with monitoring/container tooling like Prometheus or OpenShift/Kubernetes with a strong security focus.

Required Skills
- minimum 5+ years for senior candidates; minimum 3+ years for mid-level candidates.
- Proven hands-on experience with Terraform, Python, and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Experience with at least one: Prometheus, RedHat IPA, OpenShift/Kubernetes, or other container solutions.
- Strong security mindset, ensuring all activities adhere to best practices.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and toolsets (preferably GitHub Actions).
- Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issue resolution.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development, SCRUM, or SRE concepts is beneficial.
