Pay range: $34,000–$41,600 per year

Schedules: Weekday and weekend shifts available
Work setting: Client homes and community activities
Work that supports independence
Provide nonmedical support to adults as they build independence at home and in the community. Bring calm, dependable assistance to daily routines while respecting each person's choices, privacy, and dignity.
What you will do
• Help clients with daily routines, personal care, meals, transportation, and household tasks.
• Provide practical support that encourages safety and independence.
• Coordinate and accompany clients to medical appointments as assigned.
• Encourage exercise, social activities, and participation in community life.
• Build respectful, supportive relationships with the people you assist.
• Plan the day, follow the care plan, and document visits and services accurately.
Schedule options
Weekday and weekend schedules are advertised for this position. Share your preferred 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and the days you can work with recruiting. Ask which current openings match your availability.
What you need
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, a dependable personal vehicle available every day, and proof of insurance.
• A personal or professional reference.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, keep accurate records, and communicate clearly.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
Helpful, but not required
No prior experience is required. One year of disability-care experience is helpful, but not mandatory. Paid training and ongoing mentor support are provided.
