1. Design and build Local Controller backend services: device configuration management, versioning and rollback
2. Build state synchronization between Local Controller and Cloud Controller
3. Implement local APIs (RESTful / WebSocket / gRPC) for browser UI and cloud-triggered operations
4. Build secure device communication (TLS, certificate and PKI lifecycle)
5. Deliver on-quality and on-time; share knowledge and code review
6. Performance Optimization

擅長工具：Go
【Essential Requirements】
1. Backend development experience (5+ years); experience in Go, or Java / Node.js with willingness to learn Go quickly
2. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP, TLS) and TLS / certificate / PKI basics
3. Daily use of AI-assisted development tools, and the judgment to review, test and verify AI-generated code
4. Strong problem solving skills, responsive and flexible
5. Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Experience with Embedded Linux or performance tuning
2. Experience with network devices or enterprise networking platforms
3. Experience with event-driven architectures, such as NATS or MQTT
