Position Title: Locker Room Attendant

Department: Locker Services – Retail, Rental, & Repair

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Duties

• Provide consistent exceptional guest service.
• Maintain an organized locker room, logbook, and cleanliness of Basket Check & Solitude locker room.
• Coordinate setup and stocking of continental breakfast for guests.
• Work with Locker Manager to maintain area presentation standards.
• Oversee conscientious inventory control of guests’ items.
• Provide information for JHMR guests and locker holders.

• Basic knowledge of ski/snowboard industry and JHMR.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High School or GED
• Rental/retail/guest services experience preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
