Locum Case Manager (Counselling Services) #TNJHJ

We are hiring a Locum Case Manager (Counselling Services) to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide case management support to students, including coordinating care and monitoring wellbeing.
• Conduct mental health screening and triage to assess students' needs and refer them to appropriate support services.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment for students requiring additional support.
• Advocate for students' mental health and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support health and wellbeing initiatives across the university.
• Min Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Able to conduct risk assessments and manage complex or at-risk cases.
• Prior experience in mental health, counselling, or community case management is an added advantage.

• Location: near Kent Ridge Mrt
• Working Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 8.30am – 6.00pm (3 days per week)
• Salary: up to $24/hour
• Contract Period: 6 months
