• Monitor driver logs and ELD records
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and HOS regulations
• Assist drivers with login, edits, and system usage
• Coordinate with dispatch and safety teams
• Train drivers on proper ELD procedures
• Follow up on alerts and system notifications
