Coordinates import and export logistics operations, managing shipments from booking to billing, and liaising with carriers, customers, and customs for smooth cargo handling.
Job Description & Requirements
· Create import & export jobs in system till Billing andfile closure
· Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipmentarrival & export shipment booking
· Liaise with Internal & External Customers forshipments arrangement
· Handle import & export custom permit
· Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargohandling
· Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
· Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
· Support Sales for quotation
· Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
Requirements:
- 5 working days
- Working Location : Singapore
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude
- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-paceenvironment
- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritizeurgent tasks
- Expect overtime on a regular basis
