Logistics Manager (Construction Project)

Work Location:

• Customer’s office: Haw Par Techno Centre
• Project sites

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary:

• $6,000 – $8,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics arrangements for M&E equipment and materials.
• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local transportation.
• Develop and manage site logistics plans in line with construction schedules.
• Manage delivery sequencing, especially under site space and access constraints.
• Coordinate with M&E contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Manage off-site warehousing and just-in-time delivery arrangements.
• Handle heavy lift and oversized cargo logistics when required.
• Identify and mitigate logistics risks that may impact project progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project logistics or construction logistics.
• Experience working with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Site-based logistics coordination experience is highly preferred.
