Logistics & QA Assist
About the role
We are looking for a responsible, organised, and detail oriented Logistics & QA Assistant to support daily delivery coordination, lorry route scheduling,stock monitoring, replenishment ordering, supplier follow up, daily cash settlements, logistics records, and basic QA documentation support.
This is an suitable for a individual-contributor role (no team-supervision responsibility) with two clear focus areas:
1. Daily logistics & order fulfilment (primary day-to-day responsibility)
2. ISO 22000 / HACCP / Halal documentation and audit preparation (key project responsibility)
5 day work week
Tuesday to Friday:
8:00am to 6:00pm
1 hour lunch break
Saturday:
8:00am to 5:00pm
1 hour lunch break
Occasional extended hours may be required during monthend stock take, month end closing, or ERP related matters.
Time off in lieu will be provided where applicable.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing, delivery scheduling and fulfilment tracking
Monitor inventory levels, incoming goods and replenishment follow-up
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists and import/export documentation
Liaise daily with warehouse, drivers, suppliers and the internal sales team
Support stock-take, stock-movement records and month-end inventory closing
Support implementation and upkeep of the ISO 22000, HACCP and Halal management system
Prepare and organise SOPs, food-safety records, traceability documents and audit checklists
Compile evidence documents for internal and external certification audits
Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure records are closed-loop
Maintain systematic filing of factory compliance and food-safety documentation
About you
1–3 years of formal working experience
Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Food Technology or a related field
Prior experience in FMCG / food manufacturing, factory logistics or QA documentation is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of ISO 22000 / HACCP / Halal frameworks is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
Meticulous, process-oriented and able to manage daily operations and project work concurrently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; prior ERP exposure is a plus
Good communication skills to coordinate across internal teams, suppliers and external auditors
Must be available for Saturday duty
