Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler - Daily products
• Position Title: Logistics & Warehouse Executive
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation at Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sat: 7.30am – 11.30am)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments and documents.
• Prepare shipping instructions, VGM, Bills of Lading, LOA, and other documents.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, customers, and authorities.
• Track shipments and prepare customs clearance documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on pending documents.
• Manage Incoterms and transport arrangements.
• Plan daily deliveries based on customer orders.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely delivery.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve transport issues.
• Prepare customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Maintain shipping, delivery, billing, and warehouse records.
• Coordinate incoming shipments with the receiving and warehouse teams.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports.
• Assist with stock takes and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or warehouse administration.
• Experience in import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, VGM, shipping instructions, LOA, Incoterms, and customs clearance documents.
• Experience coordinating local deliveries and truck schedules.
