Summary
Assist patients and staff in a radiology department by guiding them through procedures, handling registrations, and supporting nurses and radiographers during scans.
Job Scope:
- Attend to incoming patients to attend to their needs
- Guide patients to the specific department / counter
- Guide patients on flow prior to scans and procedures
- Assist nurses and radiographers on duty
- Assist in the registration of patients and booking of appointments
Requirements:
- Minimum A Levels / Diploma in any fields
- No experience needed as on job training will be provided
- Prior volunteer or working experience in a similar role will be advantageous
