Lorry Crane Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate a lorry crane safely in accordance with traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Load, transport, unload, and lift construction materials, equipment, and other heavy items to designated locations.
• Operate the lorry-mounted crane to lift, move, and position materials accurately and safely.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and crane, and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured before transportation.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Follow lifting plans and work closely with site supervisors, signalmen, and other workers during lifting operations.
• Complete delivery orders, vehicle logbooks, and other required documentation accurately.
• Comply with all workplace safety regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with general loading and unloading duties when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and report accidents or incidents according to company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 Driving Licence (depending on vehicle type).
• Valid Lorry Crane Operator Licence/Certificate.
• Familiar with Singapore traffic regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience operating lorry cranes in construction, infrastructure, or logistics projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of safe lifting practices and load securing techniques.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
