Summary

Architects and leads the end-to-end migration of business applications and automations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, building low-code solutions on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), defining the boundary between UiPath RPA and Power Automate, with Pro Code on Azure coming later.

As the Low Cod & Automation Engineer, you will architect and oversee the end-to-end migration of our business application and automation ecosystem from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. You will continue to develop and clarify the use cases for Power Platform (Low-Code), UiPath VS Power Automate (RPA), and at a later stage (after M365 migration completes) Pro Code on Azure.

Goals and deliverables

Key Responsibilities1. Target Architecture & Design (on the "Microsoft" Side) & Migration Factory

Support the transition to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Handle demand intake, application governance and lifecycle management policies and support the development of Power Apps (either by providing coaching to citizen developers or developing corporate low code applications)

Tiered Solution Design: Low-Code: Move AppSheet/AODocs to Power Platform while setting clear rules and guidelines for using Premium Components (e.g Dataverse).

Pro-Code: Clarify when Pro Code is required and liaise with the Pro Code team to manage high-scale logic that exceeds Power Automate’s limits.

Support the implementation of automations on the Power Platform, helping clarify the frontier between UiPath & Power Automate.

Prepare sustained operations by deploying tools to meter usage, licensing and issues across the Power Platform.

Integration Strategy: Design the "glue" between platforms using Power Automate + UiPath Integration Service to ensure seamless handoffs between cloud flows and local bots. Identify transformational opportunities to modernize and potentially mitigate UiPath with Power Automate on specific use cases.

Migration Support : Mentor the GCC resources and support their introduction into the migration planning and support organization.

2. Execution & Technical Leadership

Workforce Enablement: Guide migration teams in defining the architecture patterns on the new Microsoft ecosystem.

Support Migration FactoryExecution: Relieve the migration team from bottlenecks and complex decisions by leading analysis of workloads that don’t fit the standard patterns. .

Hybrid Orchestration: Oversee the deployment of UiPath robots within the M365 tenant, ensuring they align with Entra ID (Azure AD) security and M365 governance.

Technical Requirements

Microsoft Power Platform: Transversal Architecture knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate.

Record track: Proven record track in creating applications and automations on the Power Platform

Pro-Code Development: General understanding of development practice and capability to support qualification of demands (routing of demands between Pro Code and Low code, RPA and Power Automate automations).

Strategic Skills

Source-to-Target Mapping: Ability to look at a Google-based process and immediately identify its "best-fit" destination in the M365 stack.

Governance & CoE: Experience ramping up a Center of Excellence (CoE) that governs both Power Platform and UiPath bot environments.

Security & Identity: Knowledge of managing Service Principals, OAuth, and secure credential storage in a hybrid environment.
