Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform) to design, develop, and maintain business applications using low-code/no-code technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and other low-code/no-code technologies.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Gather and analyse business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop automated workflows, forms, integrations and business process solutions.
- Configure and administer low-code platforms, including workflows, business rules, process logic, data validation and user interface components.
- Perform functional and system testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:Solution Design DocumentsConfiguration and Environment DocumentationSecurity and Compliance DocumentationDeployment GuidesMaintenance and Support GuidesUser GuidesTraining MaterialsTesting and Validation Reports
- Collaborate with internal teams, business users and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ICT security standards and data governance policies.
- Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of application development experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:Microsoft Power AppsMicrosoft Power Automate
- Experience developing applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience configuring workflows, rules engines, business process automation, data validation and UI components.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment practices.
- Familiarity with ICT security and data governance standards.
- Experience preparing technical and user documentation.
