Key Responsibilities

Solution Implementation
* Perform hardware configuration, firmware updates, tuning of system for optimal performance and security compliance requirements.
* Deploy and configure hypervisor technologies (Microsoft Hyper-V) to create virtualized server farms.
* Implement software-defined storage and networking solutions as part of the overall infrastructure.
* Integrate infrastructure components with central management and monitoring tools.
* Collaborate with solution architects to review and validate technical designs
* Create and maintain as-built documentation, network diagrams, SOPs.
* Perform infrastructure, network, and security readiness checks as part of the SIT plan
* Provide accurate and regular updates to the Project Manager
* Document and escalate critical issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
* Perform remediation actions to fix findings of VAPT/SSAT.

Operations Support
* Provide extended post-go-live support, ensuring stability of all environments.
* Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs; fine-tune configurations as needed.
* Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with development and operations teams for permanent resolutions.
* Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks.
* Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent recurrence of issues.
* Transition system ownership to steady-state support/operations teams once stabilization criteria are met.
* Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
* Provide support for complex hardware and infrastructure issues escalated from the customer team.
* Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and single points of failure.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying data center infrastructure, working on Hyper-V, Windows Servers, REHL, Firewall, F5 load balancer, PAM, Network switches, and Data Backup products
* Experience with Hyper-V cluster setup, vNIC, and vSwitch configuration.
* Experience with performing CIS hardening on Windows 2022 Data Center & REHL, GPO deployment, and assessment remediation.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions.
* Familiarity with ITIL change and incident management processes.
* Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs).
* Knowledge of BMC Control-M, Helix is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
* Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS
* AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
* ITIL Foundation v3/v4
