Lubrication Technician
Hansel Toyota is looking for an ambitious and motivated Express Lube Technician who is ready to jump-start or elevate their automotive career. We are looking for driven individuals who want to learn, grow, and become top-tier automotive professionals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform oil and fluid changes efficiently and accurately
- Provide brake system services
- Replace filters and perform factory-recommended maintenance
- Complete courtesy inspections and multi-point inspections
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations
- Work collaboratively with a fast-paced, professional service team
Qualifications and Skills
· Shop experience is highly preferred
· Previous automotive training or automotive school experience is a plus.
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Desire to learn and grow in the automotive field
· Clean and valid California driver's license
· Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
· Pass a drug test

Pay Defined:
Pay Range is $21.00 per hour.
The Lube Technician position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation starting at $21.00.
