Atleast couple of engagement experience in the M&A space handling the program management of the M&A activities pre- and post-merger activities. While Client prefers a candidate with experience in the Telecom/ISP space the M&A experience is the key (not necessarily large-scale M&A’s) . They are looking for a seasoned candidate.
